Preserves and enriches agricultural land for future generations
"Our family has been living and farming in Cross County for over 100 years. It’s our home. We are excited to work with TED Renewables on this solar project. It allows us to preserve some of our land for future generations. As a farmer, we are always looking for ways to diversify our crop rotation and we see solar as another way to do that.
This project will be harvesting sunlight quietly from our fields and converting it to emissions-free electricity. We also feel that this project will bring significant investment to the County and provide a new revenue to the schools and highways, which benefits everyone in the county."
